Go to the App Store and download the app. Once you open the app, you will be guided through the account creation process.

When you open the app, click on the “Forgot Password” link. You will receive a 6 digit code in your email account that you will need to input on the next screen. Once you do this, you will be guided to create a new password.

Yes, you can delete your account by going to the settings menu and scrolling down until you see the option to delete your account. Please be aware that once you choose to delete your account, all the information associated with your account will be deleted and become non-restorable.

There is a main navigation bar at the bottom of the app. The center option has a circle button with a leaf in the middle and a plus sign. If you tap that, you will begin the process of creating new leaf.

Definitely. You can edit or delete a leaf entry any time you want. To do this, simply tap on a leaf on the tree and tap the triple dot button to view those options. You can also view a specific leaf entry by navigating to the Entries screen. From there you can tap the triple dot button to edit or delete.

Yes, they are absolutely private. We never access your recorded experiences, audio files, other media, or reflections. We honor and protect your entries at all costs. You can read the complete Privacy Policy under the Mobile App drop down menu at the top of the screen.

There are multiple ways to do this. Anytime you are viewing a specific experience, either from the home screen or under the entries screen, you can tap the triple dot menu button and choose the share option. From there you can choose who you want to give access to that experience from you Witness Community list. You can also navigate to the Witness Community screen and tap the Share tab. From there you can select who you want to share a leaf with and which leaf you’d like to share.

Yes you can. Simply navigate to the Witness Community screen. Under the List tap, select a community member. Once there, make sure the “Shared With” tab is selected. You will see all the experiences you have given that person access to. Select the triple dot option button and choose to remove that access.

My Witness Tree has two subscription plan categories. Individual and Family. Every plan includes access to all features. Pricing is tiered and based on storage amount. Please see “Pricing” under the Mobile App section of this website for further details.

If you subscribed through the App Store, you can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Go to settings, Subscriptions, My Witness Tree, Cancel Subscription.

My Witness Tree subscriptions automatically renew unless they are canceled before the end of the current billing period. If your subscription renewed, it means it was still active when your billing period ended.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account subscription settings.
Any cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll continue to have access to Premium features until then
